You have to go to Mactan island for this. I am pretty sure you can find some there. The locals there know a lot so it would help if you asked them, too.

i'm not really sure but i bet you can't find them within Cebu City...

you have to go to the rural areas...



visit Traveler's Lounge at SM City Cebu and ask for travel destinations and where you can find floating restaurants...
